Community Reinvestment Areas
Community Reinvestment Areas are areas of land
in which property owners can receive tax incentives
for investing in real property improvements.
The Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Program
is a direct incentive tax exemption program
benefiting property owners who renovate existing
or construct new buildings.

Job Creation Tax Credit
The program provides a refundable tax credit
against a company's corporate franchise or
income tax based on the state income tax withheld
from new, full-time employees.

Ohio Manufacturing Machinery and Equipment
Provides a nonrefundable corporate franchise
or state income tax credit for manufacturer
located in Ohio that purchases qualified new
or retooled machinery and equipment that is
used in manufacturing.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) is an economic
development mechanism available to local governments
